Repeat Prescription Request

Please note this order form is for repeat prescription medication which we have previously prescribed and have advised needs to be repeated. New medication requests or changes or any other clinical query will need to be dealt with in person with a GP review. For your safety and in keeping with best practice certain medication requires more frequent review/ blood monitoring and may require a GP or nurse appointment.

Once your prescription is approved and ready we will send it to your nominated pharmacy. 

Please allow at least 48 hours for all repeat prescriptions.

If your prescriptions is requested on a Friday please allow 72 hours.
